Designed and fabricated in our Ohio Studio, this limited-production mantle-mirror is made using state-of-the-art and primitive additive fabrication methods, resulting in near-zero waste fabrication. Layers of hand-applied, high-strength, glass-reinforced stone material hermetically seal the engineered resin substrate, preserving structural integrity for generational longevity. The form is reinforced by an aluminum frame that also serves to securly transfer the weight to the wall. A wall connection bar with required load-bearing screws and wall anchors are included. The 1/4" mirror component has a waterproof safety backing to prevent injury from glass shards in the event of breakage and to protect the delicate reflective element of the glass. We use premium, hand-applied commercial sealants in our multi-step professional sealing process. This 60 lb (27 kg) full-length mirror is 49 inches (109 cm) tall, 62 inches (158 cm) wide, and 6.5 inches (17 cm) in depth. Professional installation is recommended. Metal hanging brackets ensure a strong and square mirror-to-wall connection. A 26 inch wall connection bar and four 75 pound rated screws with wall anchors are included. The leveling of this bar is simple and provides level placement of the mirror. Incorrect installation can result in bodily harm and property damage. Professional installation is recommended.
